Heavenly delivery or heavenly collection?
We’ve sourced your heavenly homeware, and you’ve spied that special vintage industrial furniture hiding in a corner of our workshop. But how do you transport that funky factory locker? How do you get that antique metal lamp swinging in your retro home?
At Heavenly Metal, collection in person is always a delight – and you may well see something shabby chic to complement your mid-century modern purchase. We always love to show enthusiastic vintage industrial collectors around our heavenly finds.
You are, of course, more than welcome to arrange your own courier for larger items if preferred. We are based in Bexley, Kent DA5 3DF.
Local delivery is possible, depending on our diary – or your own urgent needs to get your hands on some heavenly treasures! Local delivery will incur reasonable costs for time and fuel, so please contact us for a quote before you buy if this is your preferred option. You’ll find a contact form below.
If we are delivering your heavenly item we will try, if at all possible, to link it in with something in your area – another delivery, scouring of a salvage yard or trip to an antique fair. This is to keep costs low and protect our struggling environment.
In all other cases, a courier will be used for delivery to your door. All charges are shown with individual items.
Combined pricing is no problem, so please contact us (below) for a quote prior to buying to ensure you pay the correct amount.
All items will be sent within three working days of payment being received and cleared.
Outside mainland UK?
If you require delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us for a quote using the form above. We are happy to hold the item you wish to purchase for three days while we source the best delivery quote for you.
Overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser.

Returns & damaged items
Should an item arrive damaged please take a photograph and email it to us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund will be made on receipt of the returned item.
If you are not happy with any items you buy, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it either by phone (on 07914 201213 or 07702 786345) or mail on email@example.com. The item must be returned within seven days, in the same condition as originally sold and complete with its packaging. A full refund will be given, excluding postage costs, on receipt of the returned item.
The cost of returning the item is at the customer’s expense unless damaged in transit.
Please make sure you package the item as it was received, obtain proof of purchase and any necessary insurance.
Green and heavenly
We use ‘already-used’ packaging and free material as much as possible. If it’s not recycled, it will be from a sustainable source. If you’re especially lucky, you may even find a picture or two by our kids in your parcel!
We accept Paypal, cash, cheque or bank transfer. Please note that items will not be sent until the funds have cleared. Please contact us for account details.
